Brief

Thank you for the opportunity to provide this proposal.

As we understand it, the brief here to deliver a 90 second promo video for the Christmas experiences at Cockfields Farm, accompanied by professional photography utilising models/micro-influencers on Friday 28 November and event photography on Saturday 29 November.

The core video is designed to capture the quality of the event and help position the Cockfields Christmas events as the benchmark in the region.

Services

To deliver this project we anticipate the following

Pre-shoot Planning
We will need to storyboard key shots and sequences, creating a primary shot list
Team: x1

1 week prior to the shoot
Site visit to ensure final checks and storyboard sequences are workable

Friday
Film all sequences to the primary promotional video
Photographs of the experiences captured
Sequences, lighting and treatment done so in a controlled environment
Actors/Models sourced by Cockfields Farm
Team: x2 videographers x1 photographer

Saturday
Event Film and Photography of day one
Film & Photography of elements not active on Saturday (theatrical show and bear building etc)
Testimonials captured where able
Team: x1 videographer x1 photographer

Edits
Photography edits for use in marketing communications
90 second promo edit
Team: x1 video editor x1 photographer

Investment

Total - £6,950

Payment Terms
10% non-refundable deposit to secure services
50% payable on day one of delivery
40% 7 days after shoot completion
