Photography Plan for the Wedding Day - Sat 14 March 2026

9:30am - Ben to photograph Kims dress at 72 Church Street .

9:40/45am - Church set up, check location, photos of chapel reception venue also.

10:15am - Meet Stu and Matt as they arrive and others

10:20am - Joel arrives and plan shots (he will capture arrivals also)

10:45am - to Kims and photograph her walking to church with Lesley. Get a shot of them walking across to the church.

11am - THE WEDDING - walking down the aisle, vows, prayers, departure, family interactions

Reception Photos at the Parish Centre.

Hey Stuart and Kim,

It was lovely to chat with you yesterday about your upcoming wedding. I’m really thrilled for you guys and praying the next few months of preparation and planning are full of fun and laughter, between the everything else that’s going on for you.

Below I’ve outlined a plan for the day, a breakdown of pricing and how I would deliver the content for you etc.

Location: Oughtibridge Parish Church - 11am Service
Wedding Celebration: Oughtibridge Chapel Hall- from around 1pm, concludes by 5pm

Photography Plan

  1. Shots of Stuart and family at their home around 9:45am

  2. Shots of Kim with her sister at/outside property opposite the church before the service

  3. 10:15-10:55am photos of guests arriving at the church etc

  4. 11am - Wedding - arrival, walking down the aisle, vows, prayers, departure, family interactions,

  5. Post wedding photos at Coronation Park as couple and with friends - possibly at nearby home (textured walls for Kim)

  6. Photos at reception - people, speeches etc

Photos delivered

I aspire to provide the photos within a week of the wedding, providing a gallery page via our new wedding photo platform. From here you can download photos to use as you wish adn there is integrated services should you wish to print an album for example.

I’d anticipate round 200 edited photos the online gallery and then around 500 edited images in total available.

Equipment
For reference: Sony A7iv, 24-70mm f2.8, 50 f1.8mm and 85mm f1.8 and 70-200mm f4 edited in Lightroom.
